Hi, I’m Camie!

Welcome to Lux the Salon, my favorite spot in downtown Midland!

My goal when you sit in my chair, is to provide a place where you can relax; knowing that you are in good hands. My mission is to have you feeling refreshed, beautiful inside & out, and confident to take on the rest of your day when you leave.

I have been happily doing hair since 2016, and have been an independent stylist at Lux for 4 years. I got my start as an assistant to our Salon owner, Kelli Mason, when I spent 9 months being trained in balayage highlights.

My favorite things at the salon are seeing my regular clients every 4-6 weeks for their root retouches, creating beautiful natural ginger colors, and seeing my low maintenance ladies for their dimensional balayage blonde appointments a couple times per year.

I love catching up on all of your life updates, but I’m happy with comfortable silence as well if you need to chill, read a book, or get some work done while you’re with me.

In my personal time, I love hanging out in my cozy apartment with my cats, Luna & Frances, listening to audio books, cooking a delicious meal, going to a concert, catching up on the latest Netflix shows, planning my next travel adventure, and spending time with my family.
